Heartland Regional Cross Country Meet

September 14th

Camp Galilee in Eldorado Springs MO.  
Please come and join the 2024 Heartland Regional Cross Country Meet on September 14, 2024, at Camp Galilee in El Dorado Springs, MO.
Course:
The course will be closed loop (no traffic) and will consist of both grass/field and paved roads. To view the entire course map, please visit our website at http://lamarsportsnetwork.com/cross-country/.
Schedule:
The first race will begin at 9:00 AM. Several races will be held throughout the day:
2 Mile – 8U and 10U
5K – 12U and 14U
5K – High School (both JV and/or Varsity)
5K – All others who wish to run! (Divisions in ten-year age groups: 19-29, 30-30, 40-49, 50-59, 60+, and anyone younger who is not on a team.)
Cost: $15 per athlete or $75 per team per gender with up to 7 people on a team.
          Individual Runners $20

**2024 National Christian Homeschool Invitational Cross Country Championships

Cost:
Varsity and JV: $20 per runner or $100 per team per division per gender (up to 7 runners per team)
JH and 12U: $15 per runner or $75 per team per division per gender ( up to 7 runners per team)
10U and 8U : $10 per runner or $60 per team per division per gender (up to 7 runners per team)
Individual runners: $20

Medals to the top 15 runners in Varsity and top 10 runners in all other divisions

Schedule:
9:00 AM -2 mile for the 10U and 8U boys and girls
9:30 AM -2 mile for the 12U boys and girls
10:00 AM -5K for the JH boys and girls
10:45 AM -5K JV and Varsity Girls
11:30 AM -5K JV and Varsity Boys

Course walk through available at 4 PM Friday, October 27th
**Event is a Non-Sanction NCHC event allowing invited Co-ops and Christian Schools
